OUR PROCES
The net weight of your metallic waste will be determined immediately on receipt, followed by an initial combustion process to remove organic components and plastics. The residual material is then milled and mixed with various additives including flux in preparation for casting. This casting, with the constituent metals still mixed and contaminated is followed by the initial analysis, identifying the percentage of precious metal in the material and facilitating the eventual valuation. The subsequent process sees the base metals separated from the precious metal fraction, this refining process restoring the various metals to their original and pure form.
